Vi segnalo un ottimo tool, appena uscito per modificare mac address di una
scheda di rete:

SMAC 1.0
SMAC is a free GUI tool, which allows users to change MAC address for almost
any Network Interface Cards (NIC) on the Windows 2000 and XP systems,
whether the manufactures allow this option or not.
