Immagino poco e male, se la sua qualità è in linea con quella delle
altre DNSBL gestite da MAPS.

Evidentemente MAPS ha aggiunto alla DUL una delle tante reti di
interbusiness senza controllare a fondo se era veramente una rete di IP
dinamici.
Il fatto che telecom italia sia attivamente ostile verso i gestori di
DNSBL e faccia il possibile per non rendere facilmente distinguibili
queste reti ovviamente non aiuta le cose...

them why they insist on contributing so much to the waste of bandwidth.
