Non hai trovato molto??  Forse dipende da come si utilizza Google o da quanto tempo si dedica.

Prova ad inserire le parole chiave "Syn flood tool" e leggi il primo link.

Il tool e' Hping, molto potente ma richiede almeno la conoscenza dei vari campi presenti all'interno dei pacchetti TCP per poterlo utilizzare "cum grano salis"
