C'e' uno strumento comodissimo che si chiama "arpwatch" che fa' quello di cui
hai bisogno ( anche se sono incerto, dovrei dormire...stanchezza!!!aiuto!!) :

Arpwatch is a tool that monitors ethernet activity and keeps a database of
ethernet/ip address pairings. It also reports certain changes via email.

L'unico problema e' che quando lavori con arpwatch su una rete dove ci sono
oltre a macchine di servizio anche cliente che prendono l'ip in DHCP e' la
morte nera perche' hai spesso cambiamenti di IP/MAC .
