Chi mi sa spiegare questa - Apache Chunked

Salve

dopo aver sistemato l'ultima vulnerabilitò di Apache sui miei servers mi
imbatto nel TooL Retina - Apache chunked scanner (free). Bene faccio qualche
scansione e con molto dispiacere vede che in pochissimi hanno aggiornato
apache (almeno fra le mie conoscenze).
Poi dico, proviamo a scansionare una rete a caso, diciamo la
207.46.230.0/24.

A questo punto, partendo dal presupposto che io sono uno gnurante in
materia, ho è retina che da difuori, oppure (cosa che è successa altre
volte) alla M$ i server vengono mutati geneticamente ed un apache si
trasforma in IIS/5, magicamente!
Che mi dite? Spiegazioni?
