Sicuramente si, ma.. ne vale la pena ? 

RFC2196:

(1)  Identify what you are trying to protect.
(2)  Determine what you are trying to protect it from.
(3)  Determine how likely the threats are.
(4)  Implement measures which will protect your assets in a cost-
     effective manner.
(5)  Review the process continuously and make improvements each time
     a weakness is found.

mi sembra che tu stia male prendendo in considerazione il punto (4) o
alternativamente che hai dati molto sensibili in casa o che ti piace fare un
un esercizio di sicurezza per il gusto di farlo (e non c'e' nulla di male).
