1. You agree that iSpyNOW 1.0 (The Developers and all Affiliates) )will 
not offer any refunds after your copy of the software (iSpyNOW) has 
been sent (which is considered to be as soon as your payment is 
accepted due to automatic delivery.) because (i) there is no way for 
you to return downloaded software and iSpyNOW does not offer CD-Rom 
versions by mail for customer privacy reasons and (ii) we have no way 
of telling if you continue to use the software after refund has been 
given. This is common practice amongst Software Distributors and large 
retail chains who sell software, in most cases they only offer 
replacements of the product, which we will be happy to allow you to 
redownload iSpyNOW if there is a problem with connectivity or loss of 
Executables.

2. All orders will be emailed within 5 minutes of payment processing 
and acceptance for immediate download via a special URL. This time may 
be delayed due to network traffic and other reasons so please allow for 
extra time after your credit card has been accepted. We can not be held 
responsible for delays that we cannot control. Delivery is guaranteed 
100%. And 99% of customers receive their software within minutes of 
payment approval.

3. Any personal information you supply us (I.E. Name, Credit 
Information) will remain fully confidential and only used in the 
fulfillment of your order. It will not be sold, traded, or used in any 
other way. All emails you receive from us will be in regards to your 
order. 

4. After the executable is emailed to the user in which you have 
permission to monitor, that user then must execute the file, and you 
must obtain the IP (Internet Protocol) address, which is easily 
obtained with our software via Read Receipt. This is further explained 
in the step-by-step Detailed instructions and help file wizard. 

5. You agree to the fact you will check all local, State and federal 
laws in your county before using this software, you may not monitor an 
adult without their permission or a machine you do not own without the 
permission of the owner. Furthermore, it is suggested you call your 
local government for laws in your area. iSpyNOW will not in any way 
take responsibility for product misuse by any customer using the 
software illegally. You also agree that you are not entitled to any 
reimbursement for any lawsuits brought against you due to the use of 
iSpyNOW, once you receive the product, we are no longer in control of 
how you use the executables. 

6. You agree that any lawsuits or any disputes must be held in San 
Diego County, USA. No exceptions. 

7. iSpyNOW.com / Any of our affiliates will not be held responsible in 
any manner for damage done to another computer or your own computer by 
using this software. Our software is reliable for 100% of machines and 
most likely will not cause any problems on your machine, however, any 
harm you cause to a machine you do not own is completely your 
responsibility since is against our terms to use iSpyNOW in such a 
manner, and against both Federal and State law.

1. Downloading Installation and Configuration
Installing and Configuration of the iSpyNOW.EXE module 
Download iSpyNOW and install the application by double clicking the 
iSpyNOW Setup.exe Once you have specified during installation where you 
would like to install the program (WRITE IT DOWN) the iSpynow.exe will 
be extracted to this directory along with the iSpyNOW Configurator used 
to configure the application before the module is sent.

Configuration of iSpyNOW before email deployment
From the start menu (IF YOU INCLUDED iSpyNOW to be listed there during 
installation) go to program files/iSpyNOW. A window will open 
displaying the contents that were extracted during the installation 
process of iSpyNOW. Double click to iSpyNOW Configuration EXE. Once 
this is done a screen will be displayed prompting you for your email 
address. This Email address will be the address you would like iSpyNOW 
to send reports regarding the Remote Computers Internet Protocol 
Address (IP). 
This email address is important as this is where you will receive the 
Remote Users Internet Protocol address once the application is 
installed on the Remote Machine. During Remote Connection, iSpyNOW will 
monitor and detect changes in the Internet Protocol address of the 
Remote Machine and send you an email if the remote ip addresses 
changes. After entering the email address that you would like to 
receive reports too, click the button SEND EMAIL CONFORMATION. Once 
this is complete, check the email inbox of the address you specified 
during configuration and you will receive a 16 character encrypted 
conformation code. Copy this code down and click the next option ENTER 
CONFORMATION CODE. Paste the code along with the email address that you 
specified into the text fields listed and Click FINISH CONFIGURATION. 
The iSpyNOW Module is not configured and ready to be deployed to the 
Remote Computer.
 
Sending the iSpyNOW Module Remotely
Compose a new email to the subject that you intend to monitor. Insert 
the file attachment and find the iSpynow.exe module located in the 
directory that you specified during setup. Default directory is 
c:\Program Files\ iSpyNOW. Attach this iSpyNOW.EXE and send to the 
Remote Machine as an email attachment. Option, if you have physical 
access to the remote computer and would like to monitor it without the 
Remote Deployment feature, simply double click the iSpyNOW.EXE once 
placed on the Remote Computer and it will install.

Connection to Remote Machine
Once you have obtained the IP address of the remote machine which you 
will receive via email to the address you specified during 
configuration, it is time to connect to the machine to access the 
iSpyNOW Control Panel. Doing this is a simple task. Open up your 
browser, and have the IP address of the remote machine handy. Once 
ready, type in the following address into your web browsers URL bar:
http://remote_machine_ip:8943

All you need to do is replace remote_machine_ip with the remote 
machines IP address, and then hit the "Go" button in your browser to 
load up the iSpyNOW Control Panel from the remote machine! The :8943 
listed above must be included in the URL. This is the port that iSpyNOW 
will be transmitting data through. 

Renaming the iSpyNOW Module (Optional)
If you would like to rename the ispynow.exe module to something more 
discrete, you may do so easily through Windows Explorer. Simply locate 
the current ispynow.exe module on your PC, and right click it. In the 
pop up menu that appears, select "Rename". Once the filename becomes 
editable, simple type in the new filename you wish ispynow.exe to have. 
Make sure that the file name still ends in ".exe" however, otherwise it 
will not work correctly on the machine it is sent to!
File Name Suggestions
If you are renaming the ispynow.exe module, we suggest you use 
letters/words such as the following in your filename: · win, sys, 
system, shell ,tray ,32.
Examples:
The following are good examples of filenames to use when renaming the 
ispynow.exe module: winsys32.exe, trayshell32.exe, sysadmin.exe, 
win32shell.exe.

3. Uninstalling iSpyNOW.EXE
Uninstaller
If you would like to uninstall iSpyNOW from a machine that it is 
installed on, you can do so by running the included "uninstall-
ispynow.exe" module located in the directory that you installed the 
iSpyNOW application. This module can be renamed, if you wish, and it 
will not pop up with any windows.
When you run the module, it will promptly stop and close iSpyNOW if it 
is running, and it will also prevent it from starting up with Windows 
on the Remote Machine. 

Upgrading Your Copy Of WebMail Spy
If a newer version of iSpyNOW becomes available, and you are a 
registered user of iSpyNOW, please visit the iSpyNOW Upgrading page for
