Non ho mai provato ad usare squid in transparent per l'FTP, ma dubito
seriamente che funzioni.

In ogni caso esiste all'uopo *frox*, incluso in Debian o scaricabile da
http://frox.sourceforge.net/ ; io l'ho usato in passato per fare la
scansione antivirus dei files scaricati via ftp e l'ho trovato buono
anche se un po' macchinoso da configurare.
