Hotfix Reporter 3.2 readme file

INTRODUCTION
Hotfix Reporter is a freeware utility from Maximized Software that enhances 
the output of the Microsoft HfNetChk.EXE tool.
When used by itself, Microsoft HfNetChk (Hotfix Net Checker) will scan your 
Windows NT/2000/XP computers and report on missing hotfixes.  But the 
program output is very raw and lacks clickable links.
Maximized Software Hotfix Reporter converts the HfNetChk output into nice 
HTML and launches a browser to display the results.  References to 
Microsoft security bulletins and knowledgebase articles are displayed as 
clickable links.
Hotfix Reporter is run via a batch file (HFREPORT.CMD).
