Ti manca di dire a postfix di usare il filter. Per esempio:

/etc/postfix/master.cf:
[...]
  smtp      inet  ...other stuff here, do not change...   smtpd
        -o content_filter=filter:dummy
[...]

Non è colpa tua. Le istruzioni sul sito da cui le hai lette sono
