Here you are. What follows is the latest release of librnet library.
Please note that I follow the GNU/Linux kernel convention, thus this is *not* stable code. That said, it's not sure that this is really unstable code.
It could be, however.

Right now I can only say that some usefull things are missing, like:

*) Data link layer access.
*) IP/TCP options.
*) ICMP types (just a few types are supported, right now).

That said, the library is fully developed, so I hope to add this facilities as soon as possible (not too much spare time right now).
I also hope to both add new facilities and to improve everything that is already coded.

Download the latest Librnet's version. You can also get pathes.
Nevertheless to say that you can also get this funny olds versions.
